Note: Only need System Information and Display Devices, not the whole text file. Open Text file you just saved and copy the following information in a reply. Click Save All Information and Save as a Text fileģ. Post system specs for that system and I'll look through it to see if there are potential issues with the hardware or DX.Ģ. That sounds like the game does not support your video card or possibly outdated drivers.
What video card is in the one that doesn't work? Firewall and Antivirus should not affect that error at all.
